Delivery Time and Charges
We provide shipping across Pakistan through our trusted logistics partners. Typically, deliveries occur within 2-4 business days. Please be aware that we do not dispatch orders during weekends or on public holidays.

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day working return and exchange policy. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must initiate the process within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be in its original, resaleable, and fresh condition.
- Delivery charges and any product price differences (up or down) will be payable by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding your return eligibility. Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 working days from the date you notified us.
